My mother makes the best baked beans. I love the sweet flare the pineapple adds. These are the perfect side dish for a BBQ and they serve a large crowd. Enjoy!
2 large cans pork n' beans
1 large onion, chopped
1 can pineapple chunks
1 green pepper, minced
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can fruit cocktail
1 c brown sugar
1 c ketchup
3 t mustard
2 t worcestershire sauce
Brown Bacon in pan. Add chopped onion & pepper. Simmer 8 min. Place beans, sugar, ketchup and worcestershire sauce in large casserole dish. Add bacon & onion mixture, including drippings. Bake for 3 hours at 320. Stirring occasionally.

4th of July BBQ
Our menu for the 4th turned out great!
Chicken Twice (grilled). This has become a family favorite. I got the recipe from this Blog.
Corn on the Cob
Watermelon
Pico de Gallo w/chips (from Pioneer Woman)
Lemonade
Homemade Peach ice cream for dessert.
It was simple but delicious!
