Satay Dip

1 T olive oil
1 T dark sesame oil
2/3 c red onion, diced (1 small onion)
1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced (2 cloves)
1 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
1/4 tsp red wine vinegar
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T soy sauce
1/2 c peanut butter, smooth
1/4 ketchup
2 T dry sherry (substitute with apple juice)
1 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
