zucchini & banana muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 salt
2/3 cup agave nectar (click here for substitute options: 2/3 cup maple syrup or 2/3 cup honey)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup applesauce
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup grated zucchini, chopped
1 ripe banana, mashed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray muffin tin or use baking cups.

Sift dry ingredients in a large bowl, combine & set aside

in a separate bowl whisk together nectar, sugar, oil, applesauce, eggs & vanilla until combined.

mix zucchini & mashed banana into wet ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, mix until combined.

Fill muffin pan. Bake for about 25-30min.
