White Chili

2 medium White Onions (diced)
1/2 cube Butter
1 Tbl. Garlic Powder
1 Tbl Oregano
2 Tbl Cumin
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 small cans Green Chilies (diced)
4 cans (15oz) White Great Northern Beans (DRAINED)
3 cups Chicken Broth or (2 cans)
2 cans White Corn (UNDRAINED)
1 Chicken Bouillon cube or ( 1 tsp bouillon granules)
Cooked Chicken Breast (8 Large) (diced bite size pieces) --I usually use half this amount
32 oz Sour Cream

Saute onions in butter in a large pot. Add all other ingredients except the sour cream.
Cook 30 min. Add sour cream stir well. Cook 10 more min.
Great served with grated Monterey Jack Cheese.
(Makes about 18 - 20 paper bowls)
