Bisquick Quiche

3 eggs
1/3 c margarine or butter (melted)
1/2 c Bisquick
1 1/2 c milk
1 t dried onion/salt & pepper to taste
1 c ham, chopped
1 c cheese, shredded
add any veggies that you want

mix eggs, butter, bisquick, milk, onions, salt & pepper in blender for 30 seconds. Pour into a bowl along with ham, cheese & veggies. Stir together, then pour into a 9" pie pan that has been sprayed w/non-stick spary. Bake at 350 for 40 min.
