Banana Bread

cream together:
1/2 c of conola oil
1 1/4 c sugar

Add & blend:
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c plain or vanilla yogurt
3 ripe bananas, mashed in chunks

Sift and then add:
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt

Pour into loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Done when knife inserted comes out clean.
