4 slices bread, chopped in cubes
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
Add 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 2tsp baking powder
1/2 onion, chopped
1lb hamburger
Line baking sheet with foil
325 degrees 20-30 min convection onion
Beat eggs in milk and add chopped bread. Let soak for the full ten minutes. Add baking powder to bread mixture.
In a separate bowl place raw hamburger and mix in salt, pepper and other seasonings (Montreal stake seasoning, worchestshire sauce) and chopped onion. Use big spoon or hands to mix well. Add the bread/egg mixture and mix again.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper also lightly oiled. Use a cookie dough scoop to form balls. Fill the pan with meatballs. Bake at 325 convection or 350 regular oven for 20 min.
