Fresh Salsa

2 large canse diced tomato
3/4 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 Tbsp crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder/salt
1 small bunch of cilantro
1/3 cup water
