Cafe Rio Pork

3-4 lb pork roast (cooked is o.k. too)
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 can coke
1 Tbsp (or less) cumin
1 c brown sugar

place all in crock pot. add 1 can cream of mushroom to add creamy
