Stromboli

This is a crowd pleaser. Other than being delicious I love that there are no dishes to do after preparing this meal! It's an easy meal to have the kitchen clean by the time guests arrive!

1 loaf of frozen dough (Rhodes)
1 jar of Classico Alfredo sauce
1 roasted chicken (Costco) pulled of bone
Mozzarella cheese
fresh parmesean cheese
Spinach
Basil Pesto (you can buy this from Costco or make your own)

The night before pull loaf of bread out of freezer. Place in loaf pan covered with plastic wrap and set in refrigerator overnight. The next morning take it out of the fridge and let it rise all day. (rise 2 in above pan...light & fluffy)
Roll dough into a rectangle shape (size of large cookie sheet)
Leave 1 inch from edge when spreading the following ingredients:
Mix basil pesto with Alfredo sauce and spread 1/4" to 1/2 " thick spread with basil pesto
spread Alfredo sauce (1/4" to 1/2" thick
sprinkle parmesean cheese on
Layer shredded chicken
sprinkle mozerella cheese (approx 1 cup)
Layer spinach on top
Roll the loaf just like you'd roll cinnamon rolls. Start from the longest side. Don't be afraid to get messy. Make sure to get a tight seal.

let it raise for 30 min
make 3 slits on top with knife
brush with egg wash
bake on 350 fro 20-30 min
