Cornbread

2 c Milk
1/2 c sugar
2 T baking powder
2 c corn meal
2 c flour
2 tsp salt
2/3 c oil
1 pkg vanilla pudding

Bake on 325 for 20 min.
This is Wendy's version. Using pudding cuts on the amount of butter/oil therefore making this just as good without the extra calories! If you don't have pudding she often makes it without, too.
